Superfinishing machines

Centreless superfinishing machines are used for cylindrical surface areas of workpieces that cannot be held between centres or in a chuck.

  • Oscillation frequency from 40 to 50 Hz and adjustable oscillation amplitude up to 6 mm
  • Workpiece diameter from 1–200 mm in various sizes
  • Workpiece spectrum includes needles, cylindrical rollers, tapered rollers, shafts and unsegmented shafts of all kinds, piston rods for pneumatic and hydraulic drives, guide columns, tappets, outer and inner bearing rings, ball and piston pins and valve stems
