After moving to Carl Benzinger GmbH precision turning machines in Unterreichenbach and a final role as sales manager, he has been part of the IRS family for 18 years.

Trained as a tool mechanic, followed by 17 years at Gleason Pfauter Ludwigsburg in various roles – from final assembly and machine acceptance through to head of project management and finally technical sales manager, accompanied by evening school leading to a technical business qualification. This was followed by four years as team leader and key account manager at Chiron Group (STAMA) in 5-axis machining centres and Millturn machines. Then four years as European sales manager at Felsomat Maschinenfabrik GmbH & Co. KG, responsible for automation, machine tools and assembly systems for e-mobility.
